Food and nutrition

We provide morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and late snack to the children in our centre every day. There is always a variety of healthy snacks for children who are hungry outside of meal times. We cater for all special dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances.

Our seasonal menu ensures that a variety of foods are offered that meet children's dietary requirements and reflect the diversity of our children and families.

Our menus are created using guidelines of the Healthy Together Achievement Program and the principles of the Healthy Eating Pyramid.  The food provided at our Centre provides the children with half of their recommended daily nutritional requirements.

We have a Five-Star Food Safety Rating from the Glen Eira Council.
