We are proud of our experienced team of highly qualified educators, many of whom are long-term staff members at the centre.

We value continuity of care and our educators spend time building relationships with all children and families so that there is a sense of familiarity and consistency.

 

Each staff member has a permanent shift that is predictable to all families and children so they can create consistent rituals at drop off time and times of separation.

All our educators are first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma trained. As part of our commitment to life-long learning, staff regularly attend training and professional development sessions and many of our educators are studying to further their formal qualifications.

We are proud that our centre operates above educator to child ratio regulations and above minimum staff qualification regulations.
