We are open all year except for the Christmas and New Year's period, when we close for 2–3 weeks.

We operate according to the Monash University calendar, which means we're open on the Labor Day, King's Birthday and Cup Day public holidays.

We are closed on the Tuesday after Easter and for staff professional development training days (date to be advised each year).
